Profile Description

I was able to work as a directory assistance operator for less than a year and as an operator assistant for 1 year and 3 months. As a directory assistance operator i was able to enhance my listening skills, dealing with all types of people, different accents and nationalities as well as familiarizing my self to different business names. The job taught me to be patient and provide consistent service all the time. When an opportunity to be an operator assistant came, i took the challenge. It enhanced my English conversational skills. It was hard at first, because there's a lot you need to learn but i was able to cope with it. One of our job as an operator assistant, is to speak to operators from any country in the world. This allowed me to be more familiar with different accents. We also get a lot of access, thus presence of mind is needed. We also have an access where we provide customer service. This made me learn more of skills on how to provide excellent customer service even to difficult calls.
