• Recruitment
- Analyzing the right qualifications for the specific job vacancy
- Attending Job Fairs
- Coordinates with PESO and other Job hiring websites for faster hiring process

• Compensation and Benefits / Payroll
- Giving instructions and requirements of PAGIBIG and SSS Loans
- Assisting employees in availing SSS Sickness Notification (work or non work related), and Maternity Notification.
- Processing for the company’s annual medical check – up
- Making voluntary contributions of the employee who needs financial assistance, (e.g. cause of death, typhoon victims, etc.)
- Payroll (manual and computer processing) and time processing (checking overtime and attendance of the employee including regular holidays and other payroll matters )
- Manual computed payroll for the extra workers in the plant and 17 branches.
- Making commission reports for sales employees of 17 branches
- Making endorsements letters for the payroll status of employees.
- Facilitating employees who were in accident related to work.
- Processing requirements for Loan / Cash Vale Monitoring
• Employee Relations
- Making memos and giving disciplinary actions based on the employee’s violation
- Prepares the EOC notice to the contractual and probationary employees.
- Making memo announcements.
- Conducts important meetings to the employees per Department
- Sets meeting to the Department Heads for the concerns and other clarification
- Making of EOC memos to the under probationary employees.
- Attending NLRC and DOLE cases
- Filing of position papers in NLRC.
- Making hearing schedule and minutes of the meeting
- Making bulletin board.

- Branch visit to every 17 branches to hear and pay attention with their concerns.
