Profile Description

I worked before as an HR Specialist, and as an HR Officer (handling 17 Branches of South Luzon). My responsibilities in different categories of HR field are:
• Recruitment
- Analyzing the right qualifications for the specific job vacancy
- Attending Job Fairs
- Coordinates with PESO and other Job hiring websites for faster hiring process
- Gather applicants base on the job vacancy
- Conducts initial interview
- Administering, checking and interpreting examinations
- Making test results summary and send to the branch supervisors
- Endorse qualified applicants to the Department Heads for final interview
- Calling qualified applicants for the giving of pre-employment requirements.
- Checks, prepares and sends requirements of newly hired employees.
- Prepares and discuss the contract to the newly hired employees
- Conducts employee orientation
- Prepares endorsement letter for the opening of payroll account
- Filing and sorting 201 files
- Making Personnel movement of the employees that were being transferred to another branch.
- Making endorsement letters to the newly hired employees
- Process clearance of the separated employees.
• Compensation and Benefits / Payroll
- Giving instructions and requirements of PAGIBIG and SSS Loans
- Assisting employees in availing SSS Sickness Notification (work or non work related), and Maternity Notification.
- Processing for the company’s annual medical check – up
- Making voluntary contributions of the employee who needs financial assistance, (e.g. cause of death, typhoon victims, etc.)
- Payroll (manual and computer processing) and time processing (checking overtime and attendance of the employee including regular holidays and other payroll matters )
- Manual computed payroll for the extra workers in the plant and 17 branches.
- Making commission reports for sales employees of 17 branches
- Making endorsements letters for the payroll status of employees.
- Facilitating employees who were in accident related to work.
- Processing requirements for Loan / Cash Vale Monitoring
• Employee Relations
- Making memos and giving disciplinary actions based on the employee’s violation
- Prepares the EOC notice to the contractual and probationary employees.
- Making memo announcements.
- Conducts important meetings to the employees per Department
- Sets meeting to the Department Heads for the concerns and other clarification
- Making of EOC memos to the under probationary employees.
- Attending NLRC and DOLE cases
- Filing of position papers in NLRC.
- Making hearing schedule and minutes of the meeting
- Making bulletin board.
- Facilitating company activities
- Branch visit to every 17 branches to hear and pay attention with their concerns.
- NOC (Notice of Offense Committed) making
of tardiness and infraction
- CAF (corrective Action Form) making of tardiness and infraction
- AWOL Monitoring
- Incident Report making to Agency (tardiness and infraction)
- Expose in Employee Relations field.
• Other job responsibilities
- Revising the different kinds of forms
- Revising Company’s Code of Conduct
- Attends to the concerns of every Store Outlet through telephone calls
- Meets the President from time to time for the main concern
- Prepares and makes the Job Description of every employees
- Attends and answers concerns through email
- Handles the Store Outlet relievers
- Perform other responsibilities not related to my field
- Performing work - related task requested by the VP Admin.
- Inquire Holiday schedules in PIA for the additional information of employees.
- Processing the issuance of uniforms of the employees.

- Issues letter to the guard for the updates of OB Pass Exemption, Vehicles Parking Area and the Lost IDs of Employees.
I also worked as a Guidance Counselor (Maritime Department) in the school set up and the following are my responsibilities:
- Administers Diagnostic Test
- Conducts pre – counseling and follow – up counseling
- Conducts orientation program to freshmen & transferees students
- Conducts exit interviews to the graduating students
- Making accomplishment reports submitted to our SASC Director
