I've been in a BPO industry for over three years handling different accounts such as technical support, customer service, inquiry handling, billing and a little bit of sales. I also had some experience being an English online tutor. I'm able to speak English fluently and multitask seamlessly. I am a hardworking and efficient person who can work with minimal supervision.
I can guarantee top quality of work and ensure that the company's goals and
expectations are met and even surpassed. I'm very computer literate and knows how to use Microsoft office products and most of the computer software applications. Can work anytime of the day and willing to undergo night shift. The experience I had being a call center agent somehow gave me the right confidence to deal with this kind of job. I also want things to be organize and that best applies when I'm at work. I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I'm in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for your company and so you can depend on me to do a consistent work.
