1. Customer Support - In this job, I used to support an online virtual game. I became a community coordinator in its Philippine based company. I used to answer questions about general information, abuse and billing through online chatting and emails. When it was closed year 2007, I became a customer support in a Software company. I used to answer chat and emails from customers about general, technical and billing issues too. And now, I am working with different websites of different brand of cars in Europe, United Kingdom and Australia.
