I work as a Customer Service Representative and had been taught a lot of how to cater members or clients, being able to give them solutions as promised, being able to address their problem by contacting different department and clarifying the issue after being able to give them the right answer in the end of the call the member is happier than we first talk. I am can also do multitasking at the same time, being flexible as well is one of the skills needed to be developed and I did, being able to priorities everything but not leaving one task behind, being able as well work under pressure, like deadlines and quotas.
