Profile Description

I've done a lot of Outbound campaign for most of my 7 years of working in the call center industry. For almost 2 years and a half, I used to do calling the U.S market selling credit card and online business Listing. For the other 2 years, I've done lead generation for the South African and Australian businesses and became a team leader on a campaign that offers pest control for an Australian private business. The rest of my working years was with an online procurement company that caters to hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Middle East, and UK & Ireland where I worked as a "Customer Support Specialist and a Business Intelligence Administrator".
I have an experience in using Salesforce and Zoho Salesforce and done reports for my last campaign using Microsoft excel and word.
