I have been with the BPO Industry for almost 8 years now. I have handled VOIP account, Hotel reservations, Auto Security/Car Sefety/Navigation System, and now currently with one of the most branded financial institution handling financial credit cards. As we all know BPO caters wide variety of customers, dealing with their respective concerns for 8 hours, handling each of their issues with all the best that we can do. With these experiences I can confirm that it have made me a better person when it comes to providing 100% good customer service and building good relationship not just with me but with the company I work with. Even when I became a part of the BPO Industry I have also worked for some fast food restaurants, with the almost the same line of business which is providing good customer relationship,handling concerns whether it is face to face or via phone call, I can assure you that I have aced it! It is thougher if it's only through a phone because you need to be 100% focus and be an acitve listener not just to the words that they are saying but to their thoughts that were not spoken. It is always a great feeling everytime you here the words "Thank you so much, you've helped me a lot! You're company deserves to have you as an employee!" With those you know that you've done your job perfectly!
