? Provides suitable environment for patients by giving attention to their cleanliness, grooming, nourishment, rest activity and ventilation.
? Promotes restorative nursing care for individual patients.
? Keeps alert to the patients’ condition and reports changes in the patients’ attitude, appearance, behavior and physical ability.
? Performs selective nursing procedures which do not require professional evaluation.
? Recognizes and respects the patients’ emotional, social, cultural needs including their religious affiliations.
? Practice confidentiality about the patients and nursing care activities and preserve the dignity and self-respect of all patients at all times.
CAREGIVER
(Part-Time)
Work Description
? Provides personal care to patient, administers medicines and vitamins, prepares meal and assists feeding, assists patient's daily living activities and keeps tract of patient's doctor's appointments.
? Performs a special assignment to a mentally retarded adult client age 52 years since November 2006.
? Performs light housekeeping and grocery shopping errands.
