I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook,word,excel,powerpoint) as these programs consume much of my daily tasks. I have skills as well in operating workforce management tool wherein this is where we strategiize staffing of the account daily.
I am a self-starter and proactive individual and have a good working relationship with clients and colleagues.
