I am an eCommerce marketplace brand expert with w/an Amazon-focused private label management background who has worked with over 60 brands in increasing sales and improving PPC performance. Having working experience with 2 Amazon agencies, I've formulated my own strategies on how to be successful in the Amazon marketplace.

I have 8 years of experience in the Amazon marketplace and I am an absolute expert when it comes to anything about Amazon. Here are my skill sets:

Product Listing Management across Ecommerce platforms
-Add/Update Listings to various marketplaces ( Amazon, Sears, Walmart, Overstock, eBay...etc)
-Create, populate and upload feed file templates
-Manage image uploads
-Work with Amazon directly to resolve any account health or listing issues

Shipping
-Prepare, recommend, and manage shipping plans
-Coordinate 3PL listings
-Confirm inventory shipments are received and reconcile where necessary

Category Approval
-Collect client documentation-Submit client documentation to Amazon-Work with -Amazon directly to resolve pending category approval issues

Unauthorized Seller Management
-Identify and report on unauthorized sellers
-Work with Amazon directly through our process to remove unauthorized sellers

SEO and listing optimization
-Assess listing retail-readiness
-Do keyword research to ensure listing contents are optimized

Reporting
-Sales & Ads report presented in a visual way using tools such as Keynotes, PowerBI, or MS Powerpoint
-Category & Competitor research & analysis

Operations Management
-Create SOPs and record training videos
-Responsible for recruitment & onboarding
