Profile Description

In the last 7 years, I have been a customer service representative for an inbound and outbound service. I have been in to sales. 2 years later, I became a virtual assistant to different clients. Mostly, I was doing research, appointment setting and management of their social media networks. I also managed calendars of some clients making sure that they are reminded of their appointments. I also answered emails for them. With the current company I am with now, I have been moved to different positions as we are a start up company. I have been a business development officer, looking for potential clients. I also was the Quality analyst of the calls made by our CSRs. I also interviewed applicants for the open positions in our company. Currently, I work as an Operations Manager for a VA team. I communicate with their clients and it is my duty to know the ins and outs of their business in order to assist the VAs well.
