I am currently in the field of Sales and Technical support in which the task is to take care of sales requirements within the coverage area and provide technical support including trouble shooting, installation and commissioning, remote technical support via skype - internet, and training on site.
I have been in the industry for the past 17 years covering partly sales and majority within the technical support area. The machines I take care of are mostly Industrial Equipment used for food and non-food manufacturing. My technical skills include knowledge in basic network configuration, computer assembly and troubleshooting, electrical panel assembly, electronics and electrical instrumentation, equipment/machine assembly and installation.
My latest/current work experience is working for a Can Inspection equipment manufacturer that inspects the quality and integrity of the cans online and within the production area. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, and familiar with correspondence using email.
I'm self reliant even on adverse situation and able to work with minimal supervision, keen on details and prospective. I would like to be part of the company's growth by being an asset in building my employers business.
