Profile Description

I run operations and executive support for founders and small-business principals who need more than a task-taker. I am a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Philippines, 8+ years) who moved into remote operations in 2024 because I wanted to work directly with the decision-maker, not three layers below them. Most of my week is spent removing friction from a principal's day, building the systems that prevent the same friction from coming back, and using AI tooling to compress days of research and drafting into hours.

I currently support a private principal as Executive Assistant. Most weeks I am drafting polished email and document deliverables, running multi-source research, sourcing and vetting vendors, coordinating parallel projects across disciplines, and handling the operational pieces that would otherwise pull the principal off their core work. I keep clean documentation so the principal can audit any thread when they want, and I run a pre-send review on every outbound to catch errors before they land in their inbox.

Where my background helps clients other VAs cannot: I bring engineer-level discipline to documentation, numbers, and verification. I can read technical drawings, build cost estimates from specs, sanity-check vendor quotes, and translate technical scope between the principal and outside contractors. I came up in a national government planning and design section doing structural analysis, cost estimation, and stakeholder negotiations. That training shows up now in tight documentation, conservative risk framing, and being comfortable saying "I do not know yet, here is what I will verify."

I work full-time at PHP 1,000/hr and I am open to US and AU principals. My day overlaps AEST in full and most US time zones in the morning and evening. I use Claude API, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini daily, plus Zapier, Make, ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
