I had a 2 year experience as a customer service representative in the Philippines. I am well versed in the call center environment. I have an extensive training in handling customers most especially the irate ones. I am knowledgable in computer hardware and software.
Right now I am taking up Computer Business Information System in
Los Angeles, California. I am currently enrolled and I have a lot of time for this kind of work. I am studying the MS Office programs like MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Also MS Access and Quickbooks later.
I am very teachable and trainable. I have a good working attitude.
