I worked in a BPO industry for year and a half
as an inbound agent and got promoted as a superviosr. I gave a resolution for each calls. To satisfy a client or customer means to meet their expectations and that way I was trained to retain customers the best possible way I could . Another thing I learned through this experience is that the key to work smoothly is to adheres to correct process, guidelines and exhausting the tools provided by the company.
Reliability and Good Interpersonal Skills,empathy, patient, warm, and friendly, Critical thinking and an ability to handle stress is very effective to solve situation in real time .
