I worked in a BPO industry for year and a half
as an inbound agent and got promoted as a superviosr. I gave a resolution for each calls. To satisfy a client or customer means to meet their expectations and that way I was trained to retain customers the best possible way I could . Another thing I learned through this experience is that the key to work smoothly is to adheres to correct process, guidelines and exhausting the tools provided by the company.
