Profile Description

I am not here for games and I hope, this is not some pyramid scamming that would ask me to go to some offices and entice me to pay certain amount of money to get the job. Anyway, as far as my employment skills; I can say that I am loyal and trustworthy person in terms of the company/employer that I am in. I've been working in the BPO (Business Processing Office) Industry for more than 5 years. I have excellent customer service and call handling skills. I received awards in sales, customer surveys and top agent for a year. I handled escalations and sometimes, I get to act as my team's Point-of-contact when my supervisor is not around. I have training in leadership, team management, research, sourcing and office technology.
Furthermore, I can type really fast. I can do 70 WPM (word per minute) and I know how to create business letters.
I have IELTS (International English Test) Certification with 7.5 total band score. I finished Bachelor of Arts in History in PUP (Polytechnic University of the Philippines) "cum-laude" with total average of 1.42. I am very meticulous and organized (I even have my own organizer/planner to manage my time and schedule well).
I hate making excuses and procrastinating jobs that can be done when I have ample time.
I am here to look for a part-time job. I need to start immediately if possible since that I am saving money to further my study in Australia. The good thing about "work-at-home" job is, it doesn't matter where and when, just as long as you have your own computer and laptop, you will be able to earn as much as working in the corporate companies.
