I process
newly hired personnel, Process clearances of voluntary resigned workers,I keep records of
workers from the beginning of work until end for D.O.L.E files , I provide detailed information of workers during audit findings, I encode daily consumable manhours of workers, I always keep the documents segregated, I encode every payroll, I make timecards every cut-off I also encode daily distribution /area of responsibility of workers, I encode and make Monthly Safety Statistics Report , I compile leave forms and permit to leave forms for Audit Report, I am responsible for the External Audit and monitor workers at Site, I count overtime of workers every payroll cut-off , I am responsible for releasing of payslips, I conduct workers daily meeting, I compile workers overtime request Form for External Audit and I make letter of Personnel Requisition slip every hiring period.
