In a daily bases I:
- Monitor the day to day operation such as delivery, return, whse allocation, adjustments in the whse and in Navision system
- Maintain Inventory status of every stocks of different products category
- Monitor Inventory of which is overstocks and out of stocks in each product category
- Check and monitor shipment arrived
- Check
the reclassified return product from clients
- Monitor status of each product category their expiration date
- Submit monthly return report
- Submit Adjustment report from the warehouse
-Check Delivery Schedule for the day
-Monitor Delivery Performance for the month
-Monitor Return for the month
-Monitor Total value and qty of Return for the month per reclassification
- Create Expense budget for the dept considering operational expense and ensure that everything are within the budget
- Monitor encoding entry of staffs in Navision and ensure the inventory balances are correct and make resolution for all internal encoding errors
