I had the opportunity to work abroad (from 2003 to 2012) and become a part of a multicultural environment/team. It was the best work and life experience that led to the growth of my career. It taught me how to celebrate diversity; integration of talents, ideas, and skills makes work more colorful, unique, effective and produces more output.
