Profile Description

I started working in the BPO Industry and started out as an Account Manager for Dupont Sustainable Solutions, I was in charge of sales, accounts payable, account management, and customer service for the safety programs of healthcare sector.
After a year and 2 months with the company I was promoted and moved on to be an Account Executive. I was also transferred to the Safety Training Observation Process as their local Regional Account Manager, and stayed on with the company for more than 3 years.
I moved on to Lead Generation for an Australian insurance company. I was trained for a multi-brand account.
I also worked as an Export Manager in charge of marketing for a hongkong based company (homebased).
I specialize in management of our CRM, database cleanup, customer calls and building new relationship. I am also in-charge of marketing campaign, emails and calls alike.
I was also an Account Executive for an Internet Service Provider based in Australia. I was in charge of managing and taking care of assigned accts focusing on the growth of revenue, after sales customer service, liasing with IT, Service Delivery, Accounting and Upper Management.

I am now a General Virtual Assistant with skills for basic web audits, social media marketing.
