I have been working as a consultant in the BPO industry. I do believe that my two years experience as a call center agent has honed me to become an effective Virtual assistant, or provided me with the skills needed to do the job right. My job requires me to do multi tasking, good customer service, and dedication. I have been in the sales department and customer service for more than a year and we are currently being trained for a technical job. My previous work experience also as an assistant office manager on our previous family business exposed me on how to decide on critical decisions, and handle a few people. I have also been a Unit Manager of pre-need company's like CMG of Australia and acquired my life insurance license through John Hancock when both companies branched out in the Philippines during year 2000 to 2002.
Currently I am also running a small buy and sell business and a partner of my husband in pioneering a Christian church for more than three years now.
My determination to be able to find another job online to help augment the family income motivates me to work extra hours and would also assure the future employer
that any task assigned to me will accomplished as expected and I am willing to go extra mile just to exceed expectations of my future employers.
