VA (Technical Chat Support Representative) and a 1 year experienced as a sales associate in a Metal and construction supply industry. I can say with my experience in sales and customer service support I have learned the
importance
of meeting the customers expectation .You will not lose a customer/client if you can keep your good relationship with them. My goal as a VA with the use of this skills is to help you grow your business and keep your clients customer satisfy . In my experienced in sales associate my tasked include the following:
1.Answering calls for inquiries
2. Accept or receive orders from various customers
3.Process customers orders that
includes sending Purchase order to the supplier, creating cheque for the suppliers and updating the system.(ERP)
4.Checking emails from the suppliers regarding with the delivery and payments.
In my experienced in a
Live chat support I had the responsibility of the following tasked :
1.)Accepts multiple chats at a time from Product clients whether pre-sale, Billing, Shipping and Handling Issues and Technical aspects which include use and troubleshooting that can either be Hardware, Software or application of the device .
2.) Provides and Handles inbound inquiries and advocate resolutions especially to connectivity issues for VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol ) device in a timely and Accurate manner.
3.) Promotes the Product and services to better suit a customer’s needs.
