• Answer incoming phone calls for 411 directory service. Provide residential and business listings to customers as well as point to point directory assistance, traffic/weather reports and movie showtimes and listings.
• Assisting authors, editors and journal managers via phone,
• Assist Publishing Employees and Suppliers/Vendors globally with their tickets regarding their Application issues via phone,
• Creates a ticket for each
• Monitors and updates all tickets received.
• Coordinates with different departments to ensure proper closure of tickets.
• Contributes to the development team should there be a need for an update about processes and knowledge base.
• Mainly processes/monitors B2B orders (new installs, move, add, change & disconnect of services) coming from Sales Agents.
• Liaising with Sales Agents to ensure client administration is in pl
• Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients qualifying the opportunity.
• Take incoming calls requesting information required for the order installation.
• Explain the scope of all our solutions and position accordingly in relation to the business requirements.
