Profile Description

I was once a Barangay Secretary. from 2007 up to 2013 I was in office as a public servant. The Barangay is the smallest form of Government in which all basic services will be channeled from the National Government.
My skill merely rest on proper flow of documents...I am the one in charge of designing/making the Program Design for any appropriate activity for specific programs in expediting the issuance of government service for the community.
My work experience has enabled me to see the different types of needs, availability of services and of course the sense of fulfillment once the services has reached its beneficiaries.
I might don't seem to belong here...and the possible job available....but i am still hoping that my work experience
might somehow applicable.
