I developed skills in scientific research on the such fields as optics, microscopy, imaging, and computational physics. I know how to prepare manuscripts for journals, conferences, project proposals. I have supervised undergraduate students/researchers, developed course syllabus, teaching techniques, and evaluation methods.
As a design and development unit manager at Excelitas Technologies
I am amply experienced in handling multiple projects while managing my own team of design engineers. I have gained sufficient experience in Six Sigma application through spearheading various process improvement projects.
