I have worked as a call center representative almost three years ago ,
so somehow,
I can say that I have skills in:
1. communication - I have an excellent skill
both in
oral and written english
2. customer service skill
3. multitasking on line - computer operation- working with " handling time policy " which means the transaction must be finished within the specific minutes given... beyond, demerits will be imposed
I
have worked as a Grammar teacher to the Korean students (one by one and group class teaching)
and as a supervisor to more than 40 tutors with these skills:
1. teaching
2. skills in evaluating the suitable applicants for the job
3. skills in training the hired applicants
4. skills in handling conflicts with students, co-staff, and teacher
I have been teaching korean students online and is managing the on line academy for more than a year now with these skills:
1. computer literacy - usually has to solve any issues with my computer alone or through reading some guidelines
given by kind websites
