I have been working for almost 7 years as IT helpdesk.Currently I am working in one of the Telcos in the Philippines as Tech Helpdesk of mobile devices for executive accounts. Main task is to attend all technical related concerns from executive users(CEO/Managers/Suporvisors). I am good at providing tech support to clients with high profile. Also assigned as scheduler manager where I managed the deployment of engineers to clients who need onsite assistance. Some of my responsibilities are attending calls from different end users with their computer related concerns and queueing tasks for support engineers.
