I was in the same position for almost 2 years and again, was promoted as the Financial Analyst of the ---------- was a tough place to have yet I survived and was able to accelerate against the older employees and presently working with the same company for more than twelve (12) years. With all these promotions, I have showed and proved everyone that I can do more than they can. And all the hard works eventually get paid off. But I wouldn't have what I have today without pain and sufferings because success wouldn't be a success with just a polished road.
