Profile Description

I have 9 years of experience as an SEO content writer. During that period, I have written on various topics in the U.S. legal niche (4 years) in the following practice areas: family law and divorce, estate planning & probate, criminal law, probate administration & litigation, trust administration & litigation, immigration, civil litigation, personal injury, and bankruptcy. I also wrote content for the medical equipment niche (4 years) and the IT support niche (1 year). 

I have used Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, Grammarly, and SEMrush in writing content. I’ve been with Basecamp, Trello, and Nifty as project management platforms. I am deeply familiar with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access, and PPT. My solid IT foundation enables me to quickly learn and become proficient with the software tools required for my tasks. 

The culmination of my skills was during the past four years when I became a Team Supervisor for an SEO marketing agency in 2022. This allowed me to build the content team from scratch. During this time, my experience as an educator also allowed me to develop screening and training programs for new hires. I wrote the modules, guidelines, and checklist so new writers will be able to catch up with the skills and aptitude of the tenured ones. The structured process of the content team prompted other departments to study and replicate our system.

My 10+ years of experience in data entry also helped a lot since I created trackers for our daily performance. From this, I extracted the productivity for everyone, and we are able to pinpoint who is performing well in productivity and quality. I also developed a knowledge base for our team, a collection of websites that provide crucial legal references. 

Looking back, I really have grown from being a simple data entry specialist and content writer. And that’s my consistent goal - to grow wherever I am, whenever I can.
