Profile Description

I've
worked in retailing company as Executive Assistant for the SVP for Operations for about 8 years. That gave me a lot of opportunities to be exposed in retailing policies and procedures, handle immediate issues and concerns pertaining to operations specifically for Department Stores and Supermarkets, prepare correspondence to tenants,suppliers, store managers and to the President. I was trained to conduct training, seminars and even pop talks to selling people about policies and procedure. My daily tasked were (i) to send correspondence to operation supports like the warehousing managers, IT managers, Finance managers and the Marketing managers, (ii) attend meetings of the Executive Officers and prepare minutes of meeting.
After working with them for quiet sometime, I decided to pursue my passion in Teaching. I am currently working as
an online tutor for Koreans and Chinese, teaching ESL. My students are from a beginner to advance level. I always feel rewarding to see someone learns from me. Patience is one of the virtue in this career and that is what I treasured most.
