Profile Description

I am currently working as a Computer Maintenance Technologist at the Department of Social Welfare and Development, where I am responsible for maintaining deployed information systems, generating data reports, supporting the implementation of ICT projects, and providing technical assistance to end users. Prior to this role, I served as an Administrative Assistant within the same agency, which strengthened my organizational and administrative capabilities.

In addition to my government experience, I have worked as a part-time college computer instructor and as a Dean’s secretary. These roles enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders while further developing my proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. I also gained experience as a data entry encoder in the insurance sector, where I developed strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

To complement my professional experience, I completed training in Computer Systems Servicing and actively participate in ICT-related seminars to continuously improve my technical skills in both hardware and software.
