- Just like a school teacher, I am responsible for the classroom learning of the students with ages varying from 3 years old and up. The classes run for 2 hours per meetings. The teacher prepare for 2 major exams per course. The courses offered are English Communication for kids, teenagers, university students,; Business English, TOEIC, SAT, TOEFL, Job Interview, University Interview, and the like.

-I'm responsible for the over all performances of teachers in the PM shift. I monitor their number of students each week, discuss concerns and complaints from or for students, conduct speech, grammar and Korean culture training to the existing teachers and attendance.
