Being a Call center Agent is a tough job, I need to be flexible with schedules, workloads, environment and to people I work with. Multi-tasking is the most important skill, for I talk/pacify the valued customers and at the the same time I have to create a suitable resolution based on what the customers need. Documenting the conversation to make sure that what happened was noted in the database, that's where I was able to use my good typing skills. Another is on how I deliver myself to the client. I have to be spontaneous, firm but not rude (with collections), friendly and reliable (with Sales and Customer Service), and tone of voice that will make the customer feel that they are being taken care of.
I really enjoy working as a Call center Agent.. It makes me improve in many aspects and find new friends.
