I've been working as a call center agent for the past 5 years and was able to deal with various type of troubleshooting from computers to internet going to cameras and printers and some software configuration mostly based on Windows. I have honed my skills over the past years that I've been working as a Technical Support Rep. For me, there is no issue that can't be resolve as long as you know what to search for as it goes by the saying "Google is you Friend". Being resourceful is one of my skills that I had mastered over these years as I'm always in front of the computer searching for something that I need is not an issue for me.
