I used to work for a computer manufacturer company as a resolution specialist where I troubleshot the technical concerns of the customers with the hardware of their systems, and sometimes the software installed. I did this via phone and email. This previous job honed my skills in gathering information, MS Office, networking, different Windows Operating Systems, and most of all, customer relations.
I also had an experience as a Game Moderator for an MMORPG. I was able to improve my typing skills in this job since we support the players via chat and email. The support was done in real time so it trained me to solve problems and analyze issues in a timely manner.
I am resourceful, efficient, adaptable, organized and willing to learn. I can only work part-time but will surely be productive.
