Being a Leasing Officer in one of the top companies in the Philippines is no easy
task since the job description always entails multi-tasking. From admin. works to figuring out how to effective relay data and information to the tenants, you should always have that creative yet simple way of data presentation to your audience.
As a Leasing Officer assigned to processing the refunds of security deposits to terminated tenants, I always ensure that supporting documents are complete and verified since we are talking about releasing an ample amount of money to the tenants. Aside from that, I also coordinate with the different departments to investigate and gather information that will support such verification. In cases where a
certain tenant has unpaid balances in other malls, I see to it that tenants are well-informed and updated regarding their accounts. Should they need further assistance like setting a meeting with SM Management for the settlement of their accounts, I arrange for that and will ensure that all departments (Mall Operations, Leasing, Receivables Management) are present in the said meeting.
