Profile Description

I started working after graduating in 2003. I spent 6 years teaching Political Science and Social Science Subjects, as
a Part-time Instructor at the Romblon State University. I chose to work in the province due to the fact that I don't want to leave my son. I had various offers in the city and even abroad but money wasn't my priority since I got married at the age of 22 and life revolves around my family. In 2010, I was offered a managerial position at National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO)
Network's partner Agra Progreso Multi-Purpose Cooperative.
I can write articles and I am good in English both oral and written. The teaching experience made me a better speaker - day to day speaking before a class of fifty students per block. On the other hand, the managerial position which I am handling now gave me a background in Accounting - something way too far from the course I took and finished. Here,
I deal
with customers and improving good relations with them. I also create a team-centered environment and can proudly say that after four years, only two subordinates left my watch.
