Being with the BPO industry for four years now exposed me to different areas, most especially banking, telecommunications and eCommerce. On my first six months, I was already hired as a Product Specialist, or in Layman's terms, a customer service supervisor. There were a lot of job opportunities which were way better than my current position but I am not ready to give up my post yet. Yes, this job can be stressful but it can also be fun. Not only did I learn a lot of new things from dealing with different types of people but also, my confidence was boosted and my communication skills improved.
I don't consider myself as savvy but I know my way around computers. Whenever I have an issue with my PC, I don't call a technician unlike most people do. I always rely on my bestfriend, which is Google.
I may not be an expert but I always do my best to meet, or even exceed the expectations of my employers.
