* With over 7 years of experience working in the BPO industry in the Philippines, I have
received many awards and certifications which only prove how dedicated I am with what I do. I started my career as a customer service associate with Telus International Philippines where I served as front line support for customers to deliver excellent customer service. Then after a year, I was promoted as a Mentor for level 1 agents.
*Worked for TPG Australia as a Customer Service Associate and in as little as 5 months, I was promoted as an Escalations officer wherein I facilitated training's for staff members and Took escalated/supervisory calls. After 10 months, I was promoted as product trainer for their mobile service.
