Profile Description

I am looking for a position that will offer the opportunity for both personal & organization growth as well as utilize my abilities & experience in a challenging role.
I am graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in one of the globally competitive universities here in the Philippines. I am currently working as an accounts payable analyst in a multinational company for four years already. I am hardworking, fast learner and very keen to details. My work experience involves but not limited to the following:
•Ensures that invoices from third party suppliers and employee expense claims are processed and paid accurately and in timely manner
• Work closely with procurement team related to PO issues and price variance
• Ensures correct invoice/PO matching, VAT distribution, statutory -coding, approval of non-PO related invoices.
• Communicates to the suppliers, mostly through emails, regarding issues in billings and disputed items.
• Responsible for communicating all vendors reconciling items to the Plants and local suppliers.
• Process inter-company invoices
• Prepares inter-company netting reports
• Supports month end activities
