Profile Description

I have had several projects online as a virtual assistant in the past. To name a few, I have done research work that revolved around school information and inputting all data in a google spreadsheet. Apart from that, I have also done appointment setting through skype calls.
Outside home based work, I have worked in the BPO industry for approximately 3 years both in customer service and technical support. With my experience in different fields, I can assure that I am fit for most jobs offered online. With it as well, comes my experience with different tools from Microsoft Office tools, Google documents and other client/program specific tools.
I am a fast learner, very flexible and open to feedback. I can easily learn new tasks given with minimal supervision. Flexibility allows me to adjust to different work settings, colleagues and tasks. Being open to feedback also allows me to improve my skills to fit the needs of the clients.
