Profile Description

I am a mother of a five year old boy and now online freelance. Just recently resigned from BPO Industry, to take good care of my son. As a Mom, I knew it is really a tough decision but as I move out from pillars of my financial source - I prepared myself to different world and whatever skills I have right now, I owe it all to the BPO Industry, it changed me completely and ignite confidence I need to move out from my shell and knew better of my strength and weaknesses. I've been in this Industry for more than five years. I've also proven my worth as agent and mold my multitasking skills for Financial Account such as Global Payments and Citi Mortgage and Telecom Account like AT&T and to add as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Technical Support for Voice Global Payments.
I've embraced change from time to time so as to adhere to the fast pace of meeting target, doing multitasking
using different company owned system with tying speed of 60 words per minute and proper handling of report, work presentations using Microsoft Office, doing escalations to address irate merchants/customers and doing outbound or follow up for requests. I can work also with minimal Supervision with proper instructions too.
