I am a sociable person. I love dealing with other people. It has been a long time since I realize that I have what it takes to touch people's lives. It started when I was back in school, that I am often the person who my friends would run to ask advises. I didn't know that time that that already was customer service. I told myself to develop even more, and try to touch people's lives as I walk through theirs.
During those times when I want to show my devotion in helping other people, I tried to be a nurse, but a scar from the past has been holding me back to get to that point where I can physically be on reach to help them out. I was depressed that moment thinking I couldn't be at all the individual I wanted to be. And then out of nowhere, I was introduced to the BPO industry. I was mainly under customer service in voice accounts. At first, it was hard to catch up, the language was foreign, and the environment was pretty much different to the way I view things. And at that time, I had been to struggles I felt I couldn't overcome. But the optimism in me still thrives deep within, shedding me light along the way, and I did manage to overcome all this differences and more, made it a part of me. And since then, I have had been in the call center business for a bit of time now. More than enough to qualify for this position that I am wanting to acquire.
I started off with a company who are providing medical service to people, mostly old people. We were calling people out to try and talk them out with the products that we know could help them out and in return make it beneficial for them in the long run. I admit it was a hard job, even harder to make them believe that what we're telling is real. Still I had to find a way to do my job but more, to try and influence them with all the potential that they could get from it.
My logic was that if I helped the customer and if I succeed, I could help the company and may return the favor to me. I want to be an asset to all the employers I will work with. And I will take care of them, and mutually saying, they will take care of me.
Therefore, I am trying to be as transparent as I could, and perhaps you can count me in to the people who you potentially can make it to the list you’re trying to fill.
I am looking forward to be working with you. Thank you in advance.
