I am willing to learn in order to become an efficient and effective virtual assistant. I haven't tried working online but i can easily learn.
I have been in an office setting for over a decade until i decided to work online.
My previous work involves the issuance of check vouchers, official receipts, payment for the suppliers and all the various expenses of the plant and other related expenditures. I also allocated a daily cash budget and request for additional funding's if necessary. I do bank reconciliations for the plant and buying stations, make request for payment for company's payable, i handle the safekeeping of the buying stations documents as well as maintaining the expenses and keeping tract of the procurement. I do inventories, journal vouchers, consolidated trial balance, and its various schedules. I keep subsidiary ledger for each account. I used to do check disbursements, daily cash reports, official receipts. I also estimate request for funding from head office and see to it that it will not go beyond the capacity for the day.
