Profile Description

Core expertise relating to accounting, auditing, project management in a BPO environment with industries exposure to  FMCG, retail,  pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and semiconductor. 

Brief description of tasks for each area of specialization:

ACCOUNTING- Management reporting of action items for stakeholders’ action - streamlining the process for current and overdue aged items report. Significant 50% reduction in USD amount from 2018 in terms of client financials?.? Providing Data analytics on a global perspective for recon accuracy and SLA requirements and management decision making. Facilitate global training and work instructions that reduced knowledge gap as main area of concern?.
Perform closing activities that includes preparation of journal entries, accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and financial analysis for discussio  during  management review calls. 
PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Manages on-shore transitions- coordinates discussions with client, process documentation, and facilitate reverse knowledge transfers Upgrade to see actual infot up and manage scorecard by ensuring smooth operations and efficient/effective delivery of customer service level commitments. Facilitate effective and timely reviews of process outcomes in accordance with a given set of metrics; and improvements/change initiatives?. Manage relationship with the client and communicate performance issues and risks– establishes controls and compliance procedures; attend performance review calls and calibration calls to discuss monthly performance of teams?.

RISK and COMPLIANCE - Coordinates work with Risk, Contract Management and Compliance, and other control-related activities and with other stakeholders within internal audit – ensuring compliance with both Accenture, project policies, and applying consequences as appropriate?. Oversees risk and assessments and identifies controls in place in mitigating identified risks- executing and reporting on financial and operations impact – control environment improved significantly from red to overall green rating?. Acts as priUpgrade to see actual info liaison for external and client auditor and management teams – assisting on coordination with service delivery teams and in handling potential issues?. Overall charge of financial, regulatory, compliance, or operational review/audit?. Quarterly completion of client representation letter for better understanding, anticipation, and management of risks.
