My responsibilities include monitoring and moderating the forum and facebook fan page to ensure that the content posted by members follow forum guidelines. I also edit, delete, and report violations committed by members to the administrators for prompt and appropriate action. I engage with forum and fanpage members to maintain a dynamic and interactive environment for discussions. I also ensure that the information shared by me and the members is genuine, authentic, and contributes to existing conversations in a positive way.
As an Assistant Project Manager/Communications Officer for CreatingSkies Inc.:
My responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager for the appropriateness, quality, and
timeliness of all aspects of the project, in managing the production of project estimates,
developing project schedule, establishing measures and milestones, and tracking ongoing project
progress. I also prepared project plans/status reports to organizational leadership, project teams
and client/customer groups.
As a Customer Service Associate for Convergys Philippines:
My responsibilities include addressing customer concerns regarding billing and other account
