Profile Description

I am a 36 years old, married and currently resides in Carmona Cavite.
I have been working for 14 years in different field such as Hotels, Restaurants, Training Centers but stayed longer my career at the Academe as Hotel and Restaurant Management College Professor and even worked as Chairperson of the Department for about 3 years in one College in Alabang.
I am currently working as the Operation Manager of GCS Maritime Training Services, a training provider company which offer Employment Assistance for aspiring applicants who are willing to get trained with different skills as future Hoteliers. I am responsible on screening and interviewing potentially qualified applicants and offer them to undergo the training required by our tied-up companies, agencies, hotels and shipping lines aside from my full responsibility about the company's over all operations. I designs training modules and enhanced these from time to time as the demand needs.
I make sure that we meet our target quota in terms of sales per month, assess trainers performance as they execute the modules, maintains the consistency of our services.
Since I am a mother of three girls aged 18, 12 and 4 and have a husband who is working on board of a passenger cruise., I am now looking for better career opportunities with great benefits where I could balance and offer quality time for my family and have an established profession.
It crossed on my mind of trying an opportunity to have an online job when I saw your ads over Facebook.
Since it is my passion to impart knowledge and skills and adapt of teaching strategies and tactics that my students or participants may understand as well as they would also participate that could be one factor that any company can consider me to any position that could best suit my qualifications.
