I am once a Customer Service Travel Specialist at Aegis Global People Support. On Jan 2011 to March 2013, I've learned the basic job as a travel expert which are to up sale, modify and give the best customer service to achieve a hassle free vacation around the world.

I've come across a new job which is a United States telecommunications holding company that provides wireless services and is also a major global Internet carrier. I worked as a Customer Support Professional in Convergys Philippines, Inc. where I've learned owning customer's problem and making sure to efficiently resolve problems and/or questions related to monthly bills, phone plan change, device troubleshooting and provisioning, and network issues or outages.
