I was a customer service representative for almost two years. I worked with various accounts like telecommunications, online internet support, online retail, and eCommerce support for Business Processing and Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Cebu, Philippines.I've started my Work-From-Home career in 2018 as a Virtual Assistant Since then, I was able to hone my administration skills and studied further on relevant techniques for building an online Upgrade to see actual info 2021, I was employed by an American consumer advocate and radio show host for a Mortgage and Finance radio show in Southern California, where I handle his social media - from content to graphic and animated content.I am skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher), Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, and Forms), and Adobe Creative Collections (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere). I am also knowledgeable in using Canva, Trello, Asana, and Slack for office administration and productivity.I have certifications with LinkedIn Learning as well as completed specializations in Graphic Design from Coursera, focusing more on graphic design, social media management, and visual art interpretation.I have a knack for learning. Discovering new ways to do things and enhance personal methodologies energizes me to do more than what I am capable of. Learning has its addictive properties, and I believe learning in a conducive environment helps bring out my talents and skills creatively, efficiently, and effectively.
