I am acceptably knowledgeable in the BPO operations, human resource selection, and training processes. But now, I am inclined to take my career to a different path. I aim to establish a social enterprise. While it is still in the works and preparation stage, I have decided to make valuable use of my extra time by obtaining a part time job.
